That's perfectly fine. Many of our clients subscribe for a single, high-priority project. You can subscribe for one month, get your request completed, and then pause or cancel your subscription. You can always return when you have another need.

Our team works incredibly efficiently. Most requests are completed in 2-3 business days. However, more complex requests, such as training a new model from scratch, will naturally take longer. We believe in clear communication and will always provide updates on expected timelines.

As many as you'd like! You can add all the tasks for a single large project or tasks from multiple projects to your queue. We will work through them based on your set priority, one or two at a time, depending on your plan.

Your active subscription is your ongoing support plan. Simply add any maintenance, updates, or monitoring tasks to your queue, and we'll handle them. This model ensures your production systems are always supported by the original engineering partners who built them, giving you long-term peace of mind.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We'll continue to iterate on the solution until you are 100% happy. Each round of feedback will be treated as a new request in your queue to ensure we can give it our full, focused attention and keep your projects moving forward.

It's simple. Our billing system works on a 30-day cycle. If you use the service for 19 days and then pause, you'll have 12 days of service remaining that you can use at any point in the future.

Due to the high-quality nature of the creative and engineering work, we do not issue refunds. However, our entire model is built on flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you won't be billed for the next cycle.
